In an impulse?

Having to make a move in an impulse is probably one of the most nerve-wrecking, stupid yet exhilarating things to do. It reduces a great burden that seems to be thrusting itself upon your shoulders and also simultaneously makes you feel powerful and confident. Although in some cases, these positive and energizing feelings could be temporary, most of the time this action helps us truly speak our mind. Therefore, helping you be honest with both yourself and those around you.

Whilst dealing with it in a rather scientific approach, one may get several alternative thoughts about this one word. People assume that words can take over one’s self; and just as so they believe, this one word has the power to make one completely change a certain course of events or a situation thus disrupting the natural flow of circumstantial existence.

But what we need to do is accept these actions that happen in an impulse and embrace them like a close friend. Even though sometimes it would feel like you are embracing death himself, it is important for you to know that these impulse actions make you the person you are today. It is also beneficial if you embed in that tiny little head of yours that-

YOU ARE SPECIAL.

YOU ARE UNIQUE.

YOU ARE LEVEL HEADED.

and most importantly,

YOU KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU.

Your mind is forever running and processing details that must be taken care of.  Your mind also knows that it is best for it to involve your emotions. Therefore, do not alienize neither your mind or heart and just believe in yourself. Everything happens for a reason and you were born smart, confident and capable enough to handle anything that is thrown your way.

BE BRAVE.
